Yes, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Yes, select 'Collection' as the shipping option.
❓ How is shipping handled?
Shipping is handled by DPD or DHL. Orders up to 30kg are shipped in one package.
❓ When will the shipment be sent?
Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days and then handed over to our shipping partner. Shipping may take up to 3 days.
❓ Is shipping free?
Regular shipping costs €3.99. However, shipping is free for orders over €49.99.
❓ Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will also contain a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery directly on the website of our shipping partner (DHL or DPD).
❓ Are frozen products also delivered?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping of frozen food. We are working hard to make this option available to our customers as soon as possible. Until then, frozen items are only available for on-site collection.
